In my opinion, it counter-able. Ganking should always be a playstyle. Like you said, you have 15k health, you would probably die to anyone once caught.

But, that's what is really frustrating with all the nerfing threads, people create builds around one item (whether its healing, an ability, or monster skill proc) and because it works we all jump on hearing crying about how OP it is. But, for the normal people (in this case the people running around with some health and stam recovery) nerfing the abilities simply because 1 build is able to make it OP ruins it for everyone else

The post is sarcastically geared. Absolutely everything has been put into maxing the initial damage, a butterfly could kill me. It's too powerful. I've made a build that's focused entirely on stacking weapon damage. I have 6500k weapon damage and 32k stamina on my 15khealth NB. Last night in PC-NA Thornblade I hit multiple people for 25K+ wrecking blows insta gibbing them, this makes it way more powerful than Radiant Destruction and because I can pump out these numbers we need to Nerf it on every character!!!!

@Alcast dethroned. OP has 6.5 million weapon damage. You need to revise ur build.
The problem is not wrecking blow. Its the removal of softcaps. You cant balance a game around min/maxers but sadly thats what Zeni is doing right now

Are you referring to the very same soft caps that were already in the game and didn't work and made dks unbeatable gods wearing vr12 seducer and warlock gear. Those soft cap sounds... Been there done that... No. A good dk could defend a keep all by their lonesome even when they weren't Emperor. Yeah sign me up for more of that.
