Multiboxing on console is very real

Not everyone needs third party software or a special hardware setup to multibox. One could control two toons with reasonable accuracy. Bit slow without auto follow but could be done.

According to ESO English Support (160713-001797), using multiple computers, where each account is logged in from a different machine, should be fine as long as you don't have software that is automating anything across your network.

I did not ask about using different ESO sessions on the same computer, with no coordinating software.

Pretty sure this could also be seen as power leveling with lower levels hiding out of aggro range with a higher level doing the killing.

Did you make a note of their level numbers or CP numbers? Did you check if they were in aggro range or not? Were they taunting from range and pulling mobs to them? Were they spamming the same ability on a single spawn point?

All of these would help get an idea of if it's genuine botting or just a misunderstanding and evidence of the fallout from the cheating debacle.

I understand somewhat of what multi-boxing is, from the definition with the post of it on here, but I'm still a bit confused. Why is it so bad or wrong to have members in a kill zone to pick up the loot, and how's would that ruin the Dreugh Wax prices? From your screenshots, I can't even tell how many characters or in the killzone.

So, from the definition of what multi-boxing is, unless I am misunderstanding. How is someone even able to play different characters at once?

How do I send a PM on forums? Somebody is doing this on Xbox One and there are too many gamertags to report individually in game.

Same here, I used to do it a lot in EQ. Two accounts, two computers, two monitors, two mice and keyboards, one pair of hands and no third party software or hardware of any kind. It was nothing to do with botting or farming, it was just challenging fun to run a couple of characters together. I haven't done it here, yet I have two accounts and would like to think there'd be nothing wrong with it if I wanted to play a dungeon on that basis but would certainly appreciate confirmation of that @ZOS_JessicaFolsom !

Not to be too critical, but how do you know they are Chinese?

Says so on their PSN. If it's the same people that I've come across then they all have Chinese as their language on the PSN.

Agreed! It was allowed in the last MMO I played and I used to run groups of 3-4 (healer, tank, DPS) through dungeons for fun. All on the same laptop, alt-tabbing between clients. It was challenging!

I said they are Chinese, because they are Chinese. Just like the majority of multi boxers on every single MMO. I know they're Chinese because every single one of them have it as their language on their psn profiles. Every single one of them used to be the exact same vr rank and they would be at the wax farms in a group day in day out. They will add you in a group just so you don't mess with the rotation. One farms and the rest stand still.

I farm there for wax occasionally. From my experience it doesn't seem like there is a person controlling all of them either. How do I know this? Because I like to mess up their pulls and watch how they place certain aoe's in the exact spot where mobs spawn, regardless if I already killed them first or not. Also, after every few pulls, the one character farming goes into crouch where the rest of the group is and then another character pops up and continues where the first left off.

If you think I'm lying, I also have a screen shot of them messaging my friend (in Chinese) asking what we were doing there (we were farming wtf do you think we're doing?).
