Looking for a trading guild with mandatory weekly fee that is enforced. Location of trader is not vital, rather I'm interested in one that can retain a trader 80% of the time or more. I don't mind paying my fair share of weekly trader bid and I understand that only guilds with mandatory fees will retain a trader consistently. But I want to make sure non-payers are removed or stripped of selling rights, to make sure people don't skate by while only half of us pay dues.
