Text Build:
5-7 Heavy, 1-2 Medium, 1 light (6 heavy 1 med or 7 heavy preferred)
Full Tristat enchant
Full Impen Trait

5 Pelinals
2 Monster Helm (Engine Guardian, Malubeth, Velidreth Preferred but literally and monster helm combo will work)
5 Leki's (Dual wield Maces Defending x2 w/ Stam return poisons, and robust accessories Weapon power enchanted)
1 Offbar Sharpened Maestrom/master/or Leki's Great Maul enchanted w/ WP/SP boost enchant (Maelstrom preferred)

Dual Wield Bar (stall Bar/Wolf Bar)
1.Quick Cloak
2.Honor the dead or Vigor
3.Binding Javeling, Shards (either morph), or Dark Flare
4.Purifying Ritual Or Extended Ritual
5.Shuffle
Ult- Pack Leader Werewolf

Great Maul Bar (kill Bar)
1. Biting Jabs
2. Radiant Oppression or Executioner
3. Crit Rush or Stampede
4. Rally or Forward Momentum
5. Repentance

I really feel you should use medium armor if using pelinals, the 12% damage is too valuable and it will give you stronger regen

Yes medium give you stronger stamina regen, But heavy gives you really good stam and magicka regen supporting a hybrid build better.

Yes Medium gives more Weapon dmg, but not by as muxh as you think. Even the most weapon dmg stacked build is getting around 360 weapon dmg from that 12% passive. The lower your base weapon dmg, the less its worth.
Heavy armor however frequently gives 300 weapon and spell dmg while in combat (when you really need it) from the new wrath passive. It does not take long to full stack wrath and it is not hard to keep active.

So at first glance, medium seems better for offense. But really you are just going to be out of mana and dead most the time in exchange for barely hitting harder.

Rumors about Jabs being not effective on shields comes from the fact that in the past, burning light wasn't able to procc on them

Leki's 5pc bonus works much better with two-handed weapons, since the skill line has no AOE attacks. It's weakening your vigor
currently. and any other AOE you have on your DW bar.

Dealing with the negative effect of leki is but a weapon swap away...also with it on his dw bar with WW gives a 25% reduction in WW form as well. All his WW attacks are ST, except "doo doo claw" which is there for the debuff.

Thanks for sharing, I've got an Orc Templar waiting to be used in some way and this idea might be perfect.
