Lack of ESO Plus, Broken Dungeon Finder, Graphical Issues, Etc.

Recently I returned to ESO on the xbox one console with the release of the Dark Brotherhood DLC. I was instantly met with rampant issues such as a broken dungeon finder, extremely low frame rates, instant crashes to dashboard, and lack of crown processing for my ESO membership. Keep in mind, that during my entire absence my ESO Plus membership has remained active. On top of this, though it is a minor annoyance that I can deal with, there are constant random loading screens as I pass through areas. On top of that, after each loading screen, the game enjoys giving everyone a silhouette that that persists for sometimes upwards of 3-5 minutes for players, where NPCs won't even be visible, but can attack me while I cannot attack them. During this post loading screen time, I am unable to switch weapon bars as well.

The patch that was released earlier this week addressed some of these issues, and for a couple of days I saw far better frame rate and a properly working Activity Finder. However, as of Thursday evening, the activity finder is no longer functioning, yet again. On top of that, I came home today to find my ESO Plus Membership, while active, was no longer giving me access to the DLC, Crafting Bag, or other benefits. Frame rate issues are now an issue again as well. The only fix that still seems to be operating properly is the fact that I am no longer crashing to dashboard.

I was able to correct the issue with my ESO Plus by canceling and then re-subscribing, but lets be honest, this should not be the case, especially for someone who has kept their account active since day one on console.

I simply want to know when these issues are going to be addressed. I am willing to deal with the issues as long as there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but that does not seem to be the case. Multiple people are reporting on the forums that their tickets are going unanswered. Zenimax, is there a fix for these issues and soon? The game is quite enjoyable, and when it functions properly, it is a lot of fun, but the lack of a working activity finder along with the rampant amount of bugs is absolutely ridiculous. I hope that your team holds off releasing any new content until all of these issues have been addressed, as these are game breaking bugs that will drive customers away from your game.

Will we see a fix soon, or is there a solution to these issues currently?

    Group finder is still broken for me
    Anybody got a group? LFG, anybody? Hello?

    Group finder works best with low server population unfortunately. I play in the 6am-10am Central Standard time. Always works great. Stops working in the afternoon. The finder tool cant sift through players in a high population. Its like having a single cashier on at McDonalds during lunch. Just needs more help.
