I took a group of 10 out and smashed a few zergs down and loved seeing them laying down for awhile. This was a good change I don't know how many times in an open field I have killed people in zergs 3-5 times and they just keep coming back.

    Plus carry more soul gems. Even on my Stam Blade I carried a hefty amount and while other people were engaging in fights I would res behind them. Templar can't always be the one doing that.

    Maybe pick your battles a bit better...if you're getting wiped and need COD style respawns, it might be time to rethink strategy.

    I don't get why people want shorter battles... If fighting in PvP is tedious, why do you PvP??? Personally I think faster respawns makes the game more interesting and actually test your endurance...

    I feel like half the people that show up in PvP are expecting it to be turn based.

    I don't want shorter battles, I want deaths to be meaningful. Constant respawns go against that.

    i love it cause i get more fights in between the transit lines because more people have to ride back now. i'm also getting zerged down way less. it's nice it's splitting up these big groups some

    I'd love to die less, but the epic zerging with no counter makes that not a realistic option. If you can give me a solid counter to being outnumbered by a ratio of 5:1, I'd be more than happy to focus on dieing less.

    The problem was that some of these "small" man groups would have someone break off mid fight and put up a tent. The whole team rezes and 2 minutes is more than enough time to fight some more, then put up another tent. Over and over.

    You can't ignore the group since they are too good to just leave buzzing around a keep, and you can't kill every last member because it is just too easy for someone to pop an invis potion (or just be a NB), go and set up a tent.

    And although it would perhaps help a small team, it equally helps larger zergs in the exact same way. FC's are an equal opportunity item that works the same for all sizes of groups.

    No one loves riding their horse around instead of fighting. But if deaths are near-meaningless what's the point in fighting? The 5 minute timer is a good compromise between both annoyances.
