I have no idea about any one else but are snare effects stacking ? Cause lately it seems like snares are stacking to the point of immovability. Get hit by bombard and yes it roots but break free from that get 40% but then get hit by a ice staff spell and snared even more then caltrops thrown on the top and just can't move at all. Bombard wears off then hit by another snare and immovable again.
