Magplar vs. Stamina DK

Which class would deal more DPS for trials, when I don't have Maelstrom Weapons? I'm leveling a Magplar right now and I am hoping to pull 30k DPS in trials as opposed to my 12k on my Stamina DK.

    12k dps on a stamina dk? you're doing something wrong. rotation matters a lot, try to work on this first
    mag dk is good too. any class can do 30k+ w/o maelstrom weapons

    Stam DK has better sustain and much much higher damage potential.

    What rotation do you recommend? I currently use 2h/bow but I used to use dw/bow.

    there are a lot of people who write excellent guides and can explain these things better than me. what i mean is the execution of your rotation. keep dots up all the time but don't recast them till they expire, use light/heavy attack weaving, cancel animation and so on. practice makes perfect

    With proper DW/Bow Rotations you can exceed even 50K DPS on StamDKs.

    Keep up your DoTs on that stam DK and you will x3 your DPS

    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    Rotation rotation rotation..... Im not too sure how you are only achieving 12k at CP160.... I mean you could just stand in front of boss or a group of adds and spam WB for more DPS than 12k......

    I know Alcast hit something like 54k dps in trails on Stan DK. He explains his rotation pretty well. I don't Remember what he was getting on blood spawn though... That being said I'm pretty sure Stam DK can out dps a magplar
