I haven't ran proxy since the nerf, as the 45% reduction in base damage makes it worthless for my playstyle, and for many others as well. Look at successful magic NBs and you'll find that most of them ditched melee NB entirely this patch and went destro/resto, again with no proxy. Also, proxy+soul tether bombing only works when you've got a large group of unaware enemies that are close together and don't have shields/block up, and requires you to go all in spec-wise (most NB bombers run under 1k magic regen, which is a huge drawback to the playstyle.)

I can honestly count on one hand how many proxy bomb NBs I've seen this patch, and can count how many times I've seen them succeed on the other. I can think of ten times I've had a templar hit me with Jesus Beam when I'm at full health in the past day.

Omg! Died to 5 people so come here and complain. And those mighty Radiants are hitting for a truckload. I've never seen such high damage. 4.1k 3.2k 4.2k And a final 7.3k when you were at less than 10% health. That's way too powerful.
