Reimbursement

So what kind of reimbursement can I recieve for not being able to login to my account and play on my xboxone. Will you give those of us who can't login a day of plus for free since I am paying to be able to play a game, yet I am unable to? Will you also reimburse me a day for all the times my plus membership was not active while I was playing, or the lost gold and XP while I was stuck playing with no plus membership even though I was paying for it? Any reply would be nice.

    My membership has been flagged as inactive 5 times now, 3 since the Dark Brotherhood DLC has dropped. Today was my renewal and payment was confirmed as received by Microsoft, and yet, I am showing as inactive AGAIN. I did not realize this when I was finishing the main harbourage quest by killing Molag Bol, so my 63k+ experience that I gained did not have the added 10%, nor the correct amount of gold. I finished the quest at max Champion Points. I agree with fuzzypotatoe, where is my reimbursement or compensation for these continued issues? I am extremely annoyed, frustrated and angry with this ongoing problem. I understand that there were issues with the PCs when they originally launched, and as compensation Zenimax allowed them to cross their accounts over to the consoles with no restrictions (full champion points, alliance war ranks, all items fully researched, etc) at the console players' expense, so what do they intend to do for us? I am getting tired of trying to send in a help ticket with a ridiculously low character amount to follow it up with a support ticket. This is not acceptable business practice.

    Same here. I've made and commented on numerous post regarding my eso plus being gone. They definitely got my money and I've got the confirmation email from Saturday BUT No eso +, no dlc access no nothing.

    I cancelled my membership. Tired of it, they don't help and they clearly do not care. I was constantly being marked as inactive and I felt like I was wasting my money

    Microsoft handles the subscriptions. Working with these same issues for my wives account. They do provide refunds for subs. Also if you get a automated message that seems irrelevent reply again and it connects you to a person. Ive had alot of success with this for ontaining lost crowns. But for the sibscription not working we have to go through microsoft.

    I've unsubscribed for the first time in a long time.
    I'm done paying for this mess.

    You guys need to contact Microsoft regarding this issue it happened to me as well and I tweeted to Xbox support and it was fixed in about an hour and has not happensd anymore that was last week , I know Zen is to blame as well but I think this is more of a Microsoft issue.
