@Holger30 Please use the Edit Post feature, rather than making a new post for every single book. Not doing so makes the thread far more cluttered and more difficult to find your way through later.

    3 books I need

    Mysteries and Clues:

    Sealed letter

    Solitude Soliloquies:

    Balgvir's Siege Journal

    Western Skyrim Register:

    Letter to Roshilde

I need those three, plus Dead-Water Riddle Fragment, and Guide to Western Skyrim: Karthald.

If anyone knows where that last one is, please reply.

Balgvir’s Siege Journal is on a crate in the trial Kyne’s Aegis. I found it behind two large crates covered with a tarp that had an turned over wagon to the left of it. You kind of have to look back as you are going forward through the trial to see it. You’ll see it just before you pass one last group of crates as you head towards your first large open clearing at the edge of that initial village.

Never mind, found it during "Family Reunion" in the guard-captains apartment, before the stairs.

    Miromorg,

Apparently reading is not your strongest abbility.
Let me explain it to you.

"Readable again" means it was readable (for AD) but for some reason it was not readable anymore and now it's readable again.

Then again, you probably can't read this either.

In any IC bookshelf or only in the sewers?
I realy hope in any IC, because in the base i found 3 and in the hole sewer i only found 3 bookshelf on 2 locations!
Any! You can look in the shelves on the base, in the districts, and in the sewers. Personally I don’t have the nerves to check bookshelves in the sewers themselves, so I did the district bookshelf tour from the very first post in this thread. It took a while, but they all showed up eventually.

You made my day!!! :) So the hint from LoreBooks is wrong, or say it more specific "only a part of the truth", right?

    greetings, Welanduz

I suspect what's going on is that UESP's log viewer shows some hits in the Lambent Passage, meaning some players did find it there. The log viewer doesn't have every location it's ever been found in, though, so the data set is incomplete, and add-on authors can only work with what they have. (ZOS has never published a list of what books are where, to the best of my knowledge, so this entire endeavor has been a cooperative effort among players based on personal experience.)

So I'd agree that it's probably true but not comprehensive, but that's where threads like this come in. :)

Good luck finding it! Let us know how it goes.

Got it! I can confirm! :)
For "The Distributed Soul" LoreBooks say "sewers", but i found it in an IC bookshelf!

    Greetings,
    Welanduz

PS: Only 2 missing! One to find ("Introduction to Aedric Studies") and one with the hope that ZOS will place it outside of the quest! ("Dead Water Riddle Fragment")

I stumbled on a pretty strange bug.

I am missing the entry for the lore-item 'Report for Bitterblade' from the Solitude Soliloquies collection.

There are a few of these notes scattered in Blackreach the easiest to spot right beside the corpse of the orc named Ghamborz.

And this note named 'Report for Bitterblade' is used to start the quest 'Ghamborz's Mining Samples'.

I have completed this quest and I am still remembering reading the note, but my eidetic memory log was NOT updated.

    A very annoying situation...

Where can I found Sealed Letter (also named "Kasura's Notes" - I think)?

I grabbed from Crown Store as a quest starter but it didn't register in Eidetic Memory.

Any ideas where I can grab it after the quest is completed?

    Unfortunatly it's a known bug...

Sigh...I've never NOT seen many many bugs in this system.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Can anyone show this on the map? Can't find this small camp for some reason...
    For Nord Cuisine that is...

UPD: Nvm. It's actually NW from the camp, a small tend by a rock ridge - might be hard to spot.

Apparently, you can only pick them up (and do these miners quests) in a specific order. There's no indication in-game to that effect, other than being unable to pick one note or the other even finding them.
