Is it possible that any addons used via Minion can get an account suspended? I admit I don't know much about what goes in to making addons, I have always just used what looked handy and used them via Minion. Just a concerned citizen of Tamriel.

No. Addons that install via Minion can only access functions that ZOS's programmers have specifically made available to them. They have purposefully made any function capable of automating core tasks like ability use inaccessible so as to prevent an addon being written to be used like a macro bot to cheat or play aspects of the game for you.

3rd party executable programs you have to run manually bypass this safeguard, but generally those aren't available on ESOUI.com and you can't install them through minion.
