You must be new here. This game used to be known as elder staves online or elder skirts online. This is like a big ole circle. It will come back around.

My suggestion is if you don't like it you need to get one of every class to max level so you can always roll with what you think is OP. Cheers.

To the guy who says stam nbs underpowered you are lying this is how they broke in the first place yeah i can do more dps than them in pve but They are overpowered in pvp. Especially organised stealth zergs.

Also i dont know if anyone knows the step back and forward glitch but 4-5 snipes hit at once you die before break. But all i have learned from these comments is to start a 24 man templar zerg and just have half spam rd half spam df lesson learned i have l2p

everyone dies if he gets hit by 5 good snipers at once out of stealth, no matter what class the target of the snipers are.
And EVERY class has access to snipe.
Everyone has access to bosmer and khajits.

If you have problems with gankers from stealth, thats not NB, every class can do that,
and self buffs?
nb get major resistance if they use a shadow ability, sorcs and dk have same buff, nb get mark... mark someone out of stealth and its the best way to not be able to kill him if he is good enough.
that leaves grom focus 8% more damage... rly? from a 10k snipe that 800 damage.
While DKs get buffed 40% for heavy attacks, which makes DK oone of the best snipe gankers in game.

Only two problems I've got with NB is not being able to get them out of cloak unless I use a pot (If we had the old Flames of Oblivion that wouldn't be a problem) and fear when the game laggs (which is pretty much 9/10 times), when this game has it's lagg in PvP fear becomes the most over powered ability in all of tamerial.

I play on the xbox one and when im in the alliance war 90% of the people on the other sides are nightblades, ill see a sorc and templars here and there, finding a dragonknights like finding a unicorn but literaly almost everyone is a nightblade so that means they must be op because otherwise there wouldnt be so many to the point where your fighting nightblade armys.

If you are seeing the nightblades of the other sides all the time, then the whole bunch of them are noobs, maybe except a few brave ones. You don't get to see good nightblades till you are dead.

Uh, no. 8% more Spell/Weapon dmg is not equal to 8% extra damage. It is equal to around 3% more damage for stamina and 2.5% more damage for magicka (as magicka pools are bigger).

Nightblades are OP? Seriously? I think we're probably the weakest class in the game. We have a good escape (cloak), some high burst damage, but we can't usually sit and fight toe to toe for too long. Sorcs nuke, Templars have their damn kill rooms (houses) and DK's are well, Dk's... Every class has strengths and weaknesses. Assassins are not supposed to announce themselves and fight out in the open, we die. That's why NB's have Shadow.

Each class just needs to learn how to fight the other classes.

To say NB's are OP is a bit laughable when you compare them to other classes and their abilities. IMO

To say that NBs are the weakest class is laughable too. I have a PvP only stamblade (because they suck in PvE). I can tell you one thing for sure: they are extremely strong. No one has that much burst. If you're having sustain issues I suggest you slot Siphonning Attacks because its the strongest sustain buff in the game. Other than sustain there's really no reason for a nightblade not to be able to fight for as long as a DK or a Templar.

NBs aren't the strongest but they certainly are NOT the weakest.

Sorcs nuke? What planet are you living on? They've got 1 stamina skill FFS. I rek most stamina sorcs I came across. They are laughable in PvP when they aren't Fengrush or Alcast. Thats what you get when you grab a build without even checking if it fits your playstyle I guess. They are very good in PvE though thats for sure. Almost as good as DKs DPS-wise. I play one too.

The thing about Nightblades is that the class is just so well designed, they pretty much benefit from everything you can shake a stick at. So many options for gear sets, and for magicka nightblades especially, although a bit squishy, have abilities that can directly benefit from dual wielding swords without having to worry about the attack weaving problems other magicka classes have with this.

Wtf u on about??? Stam blades are the most under powered class in the game.
The most OP class is stam sorc

Stam NB may be putting out less DPS than the other stam toons in PvE, but it is still leaps and bounds above magicka in PvE atm (thanks largely to the Maelstrom daggers and axes).

PvP is a different subject altogether. Stam NB always has been extremely well balanced and very powerful in PvP. It is even more so now.

You see the fallacy in your argument there? TWO of the three skills you listed aren't even NB skills. Your problem is with Archers. I know of 2 classes that can reflect projectiles, play one and laugh at the spammers.

So you must not be seeing the stam sorcs running around with hurricane dawnbreaker or the templars spamming bol/Jesus beam or the tanks dk's running around with the tether from the support line. Or perhaps you missed all the blazing shield troll builds. Perhaps you missed the stam dk taking tons of damage and healing while dishing out top end aoe damage to groups. Perhaps you don't pve and see that a stam nb is arguably the worst for endgame pve. Oh and let's not forget thoseverything Jabby jab stam templars that double dip in cp.

I get the feeling you don't see a lot of things that happen in pvp. Perhaps you need to learn how to fight a nb.

I mean I die more to stam templars than anything else. I don't go crying they are op. I find some fri3nds to fight against so I can learn how to fight my weakness. (I also have some trouble with mag dk in non cp b/c I am usually a vamp so can get rest against a solid player.)
