Best set to run with lich and eternal hunt

Just looking for advice , completed my lich set last night and wondering what I should run with it on my Templar?

Also on stam builds what is good with eternal hunt. Really like the 5th bonus. I'm almost at 501 champ points as well

5x eternal hunt
3x agility
2x bloodspawn (or 1x bloodspawn 1x kena)
1x maelstrom

5x eternal hunt
3x agility
3-4x leki's focus or night mothers embrace

Not sure about lich. Never used a build with it.

Julianos and willpower are what I run with the Lich set.

Twice born star might be another good option, but I've not tried it yet.
