Changes to make heavy viable in pvp

The passives are bad mostly in heavy armor compared to other armor types, ill fix them here

Resolve- its not a bad passive but a bit low of a bonus for pvp, perhaps raise it from 2487 to maybe 4k overall

Constitution- Health recov should be increased by 6% at max giving it something the other armors dont have, and change the restore magic and stam for a hit received from 4 seconds to 2

Juggernaut- its good fam but could possibly be higher to 1.5% per piece

Bracing- its good fam

rapid mending- its good fam
Stamblade- Legate
Tank/Heals Templar- Sergeant
Magic DK- Corporal
Stam DK- Sergeant
Stamplar- Corporal

    What do you think about changing resolve to a flat damage reduction requiring 5 pieces so that there is at least some mitigation that cannot be fully penetrated?

    Note: Defending trait will need to be buffed to reflect the loss of armor since it is a % buff.

    That would be nice. I'd also like to see a return off cc break cost reduction per piece of heavy.

    I agree with lowering the Constitution cool down and would also like to see it return to scaling off of your max health instead of the low flat rate.

    I would also like to see health get a kicker effect. Magicka scales damage, stamina scales dmg. Health should scale something too. Maybe could mean shorter debuff durations, I don't know, anything to even it up.

    Heavy armor isnt complete trash as it is, i use it but its not on the same level as light and medium

    Heavy armor should have some form of protection against armor penetration, that alone completely negates the benefits of heavy right now.

    Um, how? The only build that benefits from this armor is a regen build

    Yes but it used to be a regular heavy armor passive before they moved it to immovable brute. I am saying that it would be nice if they put it back the way it was.
