I roll with a simple set up of:

2H Bar: [Rally | Critical Rush | Unstable Flame | Wrecking Blow | Executioner]
Ult: [Ferocious Leap]

1h & Shield Bar: [Ransack | Vigor | Igneous Shield | Volatile Armor | Shuffle]
Ult: [Werewolf Berserker]

I use blade cloak on my 2h dw stamblade and it owns wrecking blow. Only thing that gives me a hard time on dk fights is when talons are involved. What do you do against that speed bonus? It allows me to run circles around anyone without snares.

The extra speed bonus from any opposing player is pretty annoying and very hard to control in fights. What I usually do is go into defensive mode and try to keep my buffs up while timing a wrecking blow to land. In the mean time, I try my best to keep my unstable dot up and pressure with ransack and shield bash. If I get a good wrecking blow in, I usually follow it up with heavy attack + dragon leap then light attack + execute + bash.
Every fight is unique so I usually take advantage of any opportunity I get.

use shuffle , problem solved
if u fight against a magicka dk, always active your shuffle when they talon u, so they can't use power lash to heal themselves, if u drink immobile potion + shuffle, they will not be able to active power lash to heal themselves at all.
remember use poison injection on magicka dk so the dots will drain their stam if they block
remember always add some light attack in your skill when fight with magicka dk to drain their stam if they block
remember burst them down when they starts apply their healing dots on u cos u don't wanna burst him down when the dots disappear ( they got full health back)

so if they cant active power lash on u, they will die
