Question For Theory Crafting. To Help PvPers With Less Champion Points.(Plus other stuff not relate)

Hi. I am Vet 8 Dragonknight. With 360 Champion Points. I started to theorycrafting my on build for a month now. I use to rely on other really nice builds and such. However it was time for me to move on. I spent over 500k in gold to rearrange Champion Points. I finally found the right setup I believe. Yesterday in fact.
But today I am changing to new and different armor. To do certain more tests and so on. This be my first time to share my build to others. When I feel like my build is ready to share. It is nerve wracking. But very fun. You get to learn more about yourself and try really hard. To push your hard earned work. To share and let others enjoy your build or not.
I have 360 Champion Points currently. I am unable to join or play on Azura Star Campaign for PS4 EU. I get kicked out non stop every 5 seconds. Plus my charcter is way to high for blackwater.
1.Can I remain in my favorite Campaign? (Scourge
2.Is it ok to do a build with 0 champion points for those players who have none (I will be making new characters in future. For those who have none CP) or not that much?
3. Can I split my Champion Points evenly. I mean like. 25% of CP. 50% 75% then 100% of my 360 Champion Points in total.
4. Since I see not much builds who,separate champion points for other Players. Will I make others believe in me and will this build with separate build be a more positive note?
I wanted to start helping others with builds. I can name 3 very famous ESO gamers who have famous and very popular builds. I like there builds.
But this sounds odd. I am not seeking praise and such. I know it sounds like it. But I really want to help others.
Also as I begin to close. Should I in future. Make a build for just PvE also. (No trials. I don't believe in myself to do them) I usually don't care for PvE content. I mean no offense. I am a more PvP type of guy. I love PvP. Thus I will remain doing PvP builds for now.
However if somehow. Which I am nervous about. If suddenly I became a little famous in future. Like 10 followers. If let's say. 5 of my followers are true PvP players. But the other 5 of my followers are only true PvE players. If I get requests to do PvE builds. I can't ignore my fans. Then I must and do to please my fans
Before I begin to close. I must add. Theory crafting is very hard, painful at times. But I also learned that it can be very rewarding doing your all. To full highest! Theory Crafting is so fun. I am amazed how I come so far. I am starting to learn who I am. Who I am really. To believe myself at the fullest.
Before I didn't believe I could do this. At times. I would just want to give up. But I kept on pushing. I keep on yearning. To seek answers of my misguided thoughts. But know. It became a reality. Which now I am happy to Theory Craft for now on.
I also want to add. For those who are afraid to Theory Crafting. Like I used to be. That is really ok and understandable. There are many such wonderful builds out there. Many very good and talanted PvE and PvP Theory Crafters. However someday. If any of you decide to start theory crafting and like to share your builds with us. Like myself and any others.
Please go right ahead and share your builds. Your lovely builds that you all created. Will not only benefit ESO. But to us as a community as a whole and the very fans who love this game so much. I love you all. No matter what alliance you serve. No matter what your oppoinions are. We are a team. A team of Theory Crafters. A team who does other stuff as well. We will always help not only help ourselves . But we look out for each other and try to help.

✭I try and answer this
1. I don't see why you can't stay in Scourge 360 CP isn't bad
2. When making builds you can start With 0 and give pointers on leveling skills
3. You can just show people how many CP they should have for the build if they have 100, 200 etcXbox One - NA GT: RebornV3x
I also play on PC from time to time but I just wanna be left alone on there so sorry.0
