I've reset my router(the correct way), my ps4 and did a network test about 5 or 6 times now.
I cannot access any voice chat channels.
It immediately displays a "Voice Chat is unavailable. This could be due to routine server maintenance or a configuration issue. Visit help.elderscrollsonline.com for additional support"
Some of my guildies are having this issue too.
I would also like to point out that Party Chat for PS4 is working flawlessly.
Anyone have an idea what's going on?
