Random daily dungeon blue/premium reward reset timer?

So... been waiting about 25/26 hours for the maximum reward to reset. I heard that it was supposed to be 20 hours? But can anyone confirm what that ACTUAL time is for this.. because I don't fancy keep checking back on it... and does doing the green rewards reset the timer? If so - then that's probably a faux pas on the part of ZoS because that's NOT going to encourage people to do more dungeons - it will encourage them to do less randoms pick ups...
