I went into Hajust (sry I have no idea how to spell it..) when there is 2/3 yellow, 0/3 blue, 1/3 red and I can't find anyone in anywhere...
I was thinking of grinding in crackwood cave and got ganked multiple times. Sometimes there are even group of 5 red in the cave...
Then I think we might have more people in IC, but I went to area district.... no one in there again...
I went into the sewer where people grind will power materials or sewer in general... guess what... run into blues and got wrecked...
Am I missing something important in the Cyrodil. I can't seem to find any allies when I enter the campaign where we have almost 3 times of other enemies.
My usual play time is around 9 pm EST which is around 2-3 am in the morning for EU players?
AD players please let me know where to find you all if you are looking to grind some mats in IC or CP!!

They could be anywhere the spawns are broke so they don't need To move and can avoid the likely spots.V16 Magicka Templar only
