Did not receive Crowns after purchasing ESO Plus!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Signed up for ESO Plus, my payment posted to my account March 8th 2016 and I still do not see the crowns available to use.

    Have you tried putting your console into energy saving mode and then power cycling it? Also try unplugging your modem if it does not have an on off switch, if it does please try turning it off and then power back up after a minute. If those don't work you will need to contact support you will need to make sure you have proof of purchase being a receipt.

    Ok thanks, I will try to power cycle. It gave me ESO Plus that same day just did not receive any crowns.
