Not useless, it's a long range single target crowd control skill. It has plenty of uses, it could just be a bit better. It needs Major Fracture to be perfect.

OK it seems to be time for a knowledge infusion your tool tip has Surprise Attack level damage with a long range attack. So unless you're all saying that Surprise Attack is weak... Many people and all Nightblades keep up a 5120 resistance buff cause all classes have one and not one of them is bad, we Nightblades have it an a passive in a tree we all use.

Now my 5120 reduction hitting your 5120 buff equals out and even vs Cloaking Nightblades using a power that grants The Shadow Barrier they still eat more damage then that. See as you have 4K damage and 30k stamina I have to guess that your armor pen is low.

I have 17.5% reduction from physical damage (60 points in both physical and magic) the rest of my Warrior point is in medium Armor Focus so I take even less damage. You need debuff and all the pen you can get.

Can't help but notice that the range on your tooltip is 28 meters @Alcast. I thought I read it in the TG natch pores, but I was in cyro today and my binding jav had a 20m range o.o

It is not useless, it got buffed in range and is actually very useful to knockback the enemy with a super fast projctile which can go up to 47m in range in cyrodiil since Thieves Guild

damage is still *** compared to the magicka version
