Cosmetic Bug - Timers Do Not Work

I have noticed in game that timers on screen do not work properly. This is only cosmetic as the timer is counting down, but on screen the timer always appears as full and never ticks down.
I have seen this while resing alliance members in PvP, the bounty counter, and while in a group dungeon disbanding the group timer before being kicked out of dungeon.
