Finally bought the game....account login issue

I was in the PC beta so I had an account. When I went to link my ESO account with my Playsyation I didn't remember my password or my user id for my ESO account. I tried a new account just to see and my email was already in use. So I came here and reset my password and in the email I got my use rid which I don't remember making it what it is....but when I put that info on the account enter section it says invalid.
So now I can't get in.
What do I do?
