Yeah it should change whenever they move the cap,
Although on another note I noticed that on the live server I currently need over 1 million XP per CP, but on the PTS I need around 700k to get one, so maybe quicker than we thought

Why would I run it with you when I'm the other DPS and I have T, or Sickness, or even Ron to back me up. I still remember the days when you used to use ambush on bosses because you thought that was your best dps

And this is the example of the vast majority of players. And thats why zos decided to put caps and wait until DB. Its the most fair and best for the health of the game and for new players. The game needs new players with a chance.
