Retreating maneuvers change

My best guess is that several changes we have seen in the natch potes punish ball groups. The change mentioned (loss of speed on any buffs or damage) will absolutely help with this, but it will also affect my DK tel var heist runs in the sewers. I have mixed feelings about this. Your thoughts?

And as for meteor, I am almost certain the reflects were making lag much worse. I can live with this. I cannot remember the last time a quick block and dodge roll didn't totally negate this ultie.

the devs keep messing with speed in eso and taking away peoples speed and you will one day see no more people playing eso.
nightblade massively depends on speed. and with this change i will now be perminantly stop playing my nightblade untill we get faster sneak speeds.

"reduced speeds from 40% to 30% with all major speed boosts"

i am now playing my dragonight untill the speeds are put back and even raised higher.

Actually nightblades are reliant on positioning and smart play. Spamming speed boosts is not either.
