Looking To Join Trading Guild

Hi, I'm looking to join a Trading Guild to regularly sell a fair bit of stuff such as:
- Provisioning items (basic ingredients all the way to Perfect Roe & recipes)
- Blue and purple Motifs
- Armour and weapons (sets with <6 traits, gear with training & exploration traits)
- Crafting materials
- Bait
- Anything that I can buy under market value
I have a few questions if you wouldn't mind answering:
1. Are the percentage commission costs the same or are they individually set?
2. If the latter: is there a website which lists these for easy comparison?
3. Does it matter what Alliance the Guild is primarily for?
4. Are paying weekly fees for a Guild that has a Trader worth it compared to just a Guild Store?
6. Do you have any recommendations?
