[XB1 NA] Severe latency and frame rate lag for animations since maintenance

just got on to find out that the game is unplayable for me, Im getting severe lag on frame rate animations I used crit rush and it took 30 - 40 seconds for the animation to catch up and show that my guy had moved .. any one else getting this and or know of a fix ?
