    You can't dodgeroll meteor.

And it's a game with magic, revival, fall from high places without dying, taking laserbeams, two handed weapon swings, arrows, stonetrebs/sieges and not dying. And you expect realism? Cmon

Edit: @Alucardo The people who still are wanting nerfs for reflect are probably the kind of people you see in this video :

I think its a bit stupid you can shrug off 99% of the damage simply by blocking without even a shield too.

Yea for sure, from what I've seen it's mostly from players who only play one class. Now, there ARE some abilities that need "tweaking" but no nerfs. If anything just bring up all the other abilities to par with the "OP" abilities and we'll be in a more balanced state.

So reflecting meteor is bad but if I turn invisible (dark cloak) it will do zero damage? I am a sorc just apply ward then wait to hit then streak, no damage. In lag I can get hit by meteors .... Well I never actually see them but my death recap tell me I was hit by one. If there is no lag the only ppl hurt by meteors are Templars... Typical. Well I guess if you are on stairs there will be the 45 k fall damage.

NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

You cannot use realism as an argument in ESO, ESO is a fantasy game, realism is non-applicable. But, if you want it to be, then anyone wearing LA should be devastated by a swing from a 2H weapon, they should not be getting up as easy as they do. in fact if someone in LA or MA were to be hit by a wrecking blow, they should be on the ground bleeding out and helpless. waiting to die unless a healer comes along and saves them. In fact if the game were realistic there would be no magic to begin with:) meaning no people calling a meteor from Space with their mind.

hahahahaha... so it can be reflected, deal with it.. you had a choice to use it. there is a chance of it being reflected,
I don't run it in pvp because of that exact fact.. its a chance you take..

You can also hit someone with 'wrecking blow/stone fist/petrify/aurora javelin/fear' for instance right before it lands, thereby forcing them to eat the meteor. I don't personally tend to use it because I don't want to have to rely on someone else's cc cooldowns to use an ultimate though. I don't like the notion that a fellow combatant could cc someone I'm about to slam an ultimate on, thereby screwing up my timing.

notice when a DK casts reflective scales. You will notice a glowing orang-ish shield in from of them. This "aura" is the DK creating His/her own gravity, which if in ample enough supply would be suitable enough to bend the direction the meteor is traveling. This would then direct said meteor on an alternate course in proportion to the applied forces. It just so happens that the caster of said meteor typically has enough energy to attract said meteor thus causing it to hit.....cause.....science
    Ahk1lleez wrote: »
Aside from that...it doesn't even come from the caster itself...it comes from the sky. If it should be able to be reflected at all (which I don't think it should be personally) it should reflect back into the atmosphere....not toward the caster.

If you look close enough you can see the meteor actually comes down at a slight angle to the ground. If reflected correctly, you can cause it to reflect just like in billiards.

Its not really a broken mechanic....its ESO version of physics

Well, if they're going to allow a reflect to meteor it should reflect all projectiles.... Is a DK not a human projectile when using leap? refletive scales the leap so they fly back and hit their own group. a templar throws a javelin? bam, right back at 'em.

You can cleanse or purify it too apparently, although I've not tried that. It's just a debuff that counts down and then has an effect at the end, like Velocious Curse only a projectile instead of DD.

No no no no no no no no no.

Do not start nerf DK threads just don't Dks and Templars have suffered long enough of players crying cause there skills actually do work as intended.

Reflective scales: Reflect 4 enemy projectiles for 4 seconds
Reflective plate: Reflects 4 enemies projectiles for 4 seconds and increases spell res for "X" amount.
Dragon fire scales: Reflects 4 enemy projectiles for 4 seconds with a 35% damage increases of reflected spells/skills.

There's literally nothing else ZOS can do to scales with out making them completely useless to the point were the spell will be shelved and never looks at again like fixed re-arming trap or guard.

So the problem is fall damage and not scales. Seriously stop crying about scales it already got nerfed and as I said if it gets nerfed even the slightest it will be useless.
