Cannot look at quest item list because it won't stay still...

This has been going on for months and it's still not fixed. I find it rather sad that there are still obvious glitches that happen on a day to day basis, that are still not fixed. Heck, the last update started making quest characters spawn either outside of the playable area or in an area where you can't interact with them and you have to relog to get the game to put them in the right place...

Am I really the only one with this problem?

I had that problem a month or two ago. I can't remember how I got past the quest it happened on. I haven't had the problem since then.

It's been happening for months for me (several patches). Thankfully it hasn't stopped my ability to do any quests, but if I want to read a description or see what items I have to drop off, it's kind of hard to because it won't stay still...

It'll vary between the entire list, to maybe just one or two items.

I encounter it as well, but it's only a minor annoyance. No big deal for me.
