Vetting Backstory for the Thalmor Sewer Rats Guild

Hi All,
First off - I'm not an RP'er myself, but I do appreciate ESO lore (and fantasy literature, in general). I've just started a new IC sewer guild the "Thalmor Sewer Rats", and in the process wrote this bit of back story. Kind of got carried away, but it was fun. Just curious if this is conforms to the definition of "lore friendly" or not (re: Thalmor history, etc.). The backstory is in the form of a memo from Thalmor leadership to Aetheron (my main character) - a "failed" Justiciar:

Regarding the Thalmor "Sewer Rats", Special Operations (remedial), ICHQ

Deliver to Aetheron --, City Prison, Skywatch, Auridon

Thalmor High Command has decided, against my objections, that you are to be provided an "opportunity" to redress your recent... "political transgressions" (to put it mildly). You are to immediately report to Dominion HQ within the Imperial City Sewers and assume command of the "Special Operations" unit languishing there... the "Sewer Rats" as they call themselves, how charming. (Their former leader was apparently eviscerated by a swarm of clannfears after he lost most of his patrol to a unit of Pact nightblades.)
As much as I had wished for a "swift" conclusion to the aforementioned political affair, I will console myself with the thought of you and your "elite" team wallowing in the endless filth and despair of that Deadra infested pit! However, I am required to mention that, if you somehow manage to stay alive - and satisfy the "challenging" tactical objectives set forth by Dominion ICHQ, your active status as Justiciar may be reviewed, in time. On the other hand, return in failure and I assure you, the consequences will be both swift and severe.
When you arrive, ICHQ will provide specific objectives; however your highest priority is to counter the regular incursions by Pact Barbarians and Covenant Scum into Dominion held territories. Analysis by Thalmor High Command indicates an increasing trend in successful enemy operations against Dominion interests - leading to significant disruptions of vital resource collection activities! The Thalmor Diplomatic Agency is no longer able to repress the fact that this conflict is taking its toll on Dominion resources... as well as people, of course. In short, we are on the verge of losing this war.
The ranks of the Sewer Rats have been greatly depleted, thanks to the ineptitude of their former leader. Good luck re-filling your ranks - I'm sure there's an abundance of heroes eager for such a "glorious" endeavor! In short, any ruffian willing to sign up for gold will do. If gold isn't enough to sway them to the cause, then make up something patriotic sounding - and mention Queen Ayrenn. She seems popular enough these days.
