Hotfix 1/26 @ 10am EST - Overload (PC NA) [COMPLETE]

Hi everyone,
Tomorrow at 10:00am EST, we will be applying a hotfix to the PC North American megaserver to fix an issue with the Overload ability not functioning. Please note that applying this hotfix for Overload will revert the change for dodge rolling as noted in today's patch notes.
We expect downtime to be approximately a couple hours, but we'll keep you updated on its progress in this thread.
