So as far as I understand we will be seeing full animations even when someone uses AC.But what happens if Im watching my opponents hands really carefully to react in split second but their skill animation doesnt synchronize with the damage Im receiving from those skills?
If you want me to reply to your comment type @Ankael07 in it.

the same as now - you cancel the animation^^

what they announced is litteraly that using bash no longer cancels a skill animation but that does not mean that it cues the animation of bash afterwards but skips the bash animation instead.

That's so stupid though...Like beyond brain dead dumb. Why? On console we don't have combat text or dmg counters so the animations (even AC) is a huge part of understanding what is happening in duels, 5v5's etc, and most of all who is dealing the most dmg to my team. I need to see their body twitch out to say "ok this guy is AC......take him out". Sound is another way of telling but its just easier with eyes.

In DCUO when you clipped abilities properly into a weapon attack it gave a distinct ring and animation to represent that the player had successfully AC the move into a weapon mastery combo.

ZOS please take notes from DCUO

Except that gameplay murdered the population. Rather not take notes from games that died a horrible death.
