In ESO's current state, you better believe it. Zenimax ditched skill for a stats awhile ago. It didn't use to be this way. Believe it or not, Zenimax had a somewhat competent team early on.

Wait so you want to use stamina gear and magic dmg skills and be effective? Why not just wear a staff? You want to be a hybrid? Tank you need a balance of resource pools anyway and it's effective. But hey what do I know.

wath sustain are you talking about? the 36k Stamina pool with 2,6k regen.
or the 40k magicka pool with 2k regen?
