New to MMOs; Looking for casual guild; Daggerfall Covenant

I just started playing Elder Scrolls Online about a week ago, and this is my first full foray into MMOs. I'm a level 8 and still getting used to the crafting systems, combat, etc.
I don't know anyone who plays this game on PS4, so I'd like to find a newbie-friendly guild who could help someone like me get acclimated to MMOs. I also have a lot of obligations besides gaming, so I would prefer a guild that would not expect me to dedicate a set amount of time each week to ESO.
I would love to get into doing PVP and high level group dungeons and stuff like that once I become high enough level (and learn more about the game).
