Hit by 12k bow heavy attack

One of attacks listed on a death recap today was a 12k heavy attack with a bow. Anyone have any idea how this is done? Not complaining just very curious and besides my nb has a now and wouldn't mind my basic attacks hitting hard.

As mentioned above, Molten weapons. Add that with a stealth attack and say goodbye to a majority of your health

My Dk hits that and higher

You don't really need that skill to hit 10k+ heavy attacks

Thank you. This explains a lot. But without the damage halved in PVP as it is now wouldn't it have hit for 24k?

Well DKs molten armaments and CP passive bow expert and of course stealth attacks.

There are some things that is just wrong, running a DK with a bow is one of em. No matter how hard he hits you just dont do it...

Couldn't disagree more, I've run a DK bow build since the launch on PC, used to be you only got like 20 weapon damage and then X amount of fire damage which really made it terrible scaling wise. They changed it to 40% to heavy attacks and I couldn't have been more happy. A fire archer is awesome for RP sake itself, powerful heavy attacks provide a unique build for bows. Part of the draw of this game is making your own unique build, I use two handed for major brutality buff out of combat but I refuse to use two hander weapon attacks because that is not what my character is designed around. Bow is and forever will be the base of my build on my DK.

It is an awesome weapon to run for a stam DK. Wings up to reflect projectiles so people then either have limited options on range attacks on the DK or they can attack in close which with one weapon swap is the stam DKs home turf.

and now add 25% on top of that by having BOW capped aswell....

FFS ZOS we need the same dmg reduction for physical attacks as we have for magic dmg with all those stacking dmg increasements...

Well that will not rly happen bc CP cap. Tho as they change CP system you will soon have a dmg mitigation for physical
