Vamp/WW in NonVet?

I am levelling a NB for nonvet PvP exclusively, since i cannot play anything else due to lag.
I would never run vamp or ww in vet due to all the dawnbreakers and fg passives etc. But in nonvet no one has db or passives really.
anyone have experience with running vamp/ww on a stamina nb in nonvet. Is the extra regen worth it?
