Highest hardened ward in non-vet?

Thinking about rolling a magicka sorc for pvp. Can I get hardened ward to 15k+ if I dump all my points, glyphs, and armor into max magicka?

More like 13 or 14k along with cp but yes you can get your shields very high. 35k plus majica and 100 points into bastion you can reach about 15k plus but for the crazy numbers you have to pump your majica to about 40k

40k magica with a completely leveled hardened ward will put you at ~12.5k shield in pvp with 100 points into bastion. You need a lot more magica to reach 15k hw.
