But the larger part of this thread is regarding VR2-15s... a VR16 is going to want to make the investments into his gear and he's going to want to put a lot of effort in getting geared up.

A VR5 is not. He's in a *** position of NEEDING extremely good gear to compete, but knowing he wants to grow out of that gear ASAP so he's not going to put the time/resources into gearing up, and he's at an all-time weak point.

My greater point is simply, "becoming LESS powerful is NOT an acceptable consequence of leveling up."

You know by grinding you can get a vet lvl an hour with a exp pot?

If your that bothered about getting weaker when leveling then just grind enough up to v16

It used to annoy me when a vet 3 had similar stats to my vet 14/16 and they still complained on the forum, about 'imbalance'.

If i put 5x more time into my character than you then of course i should be stronger.
    PS4 EU DC

    Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

That's the OP's point. But this is not what's happening. Do us a favor and roll a test character, at lvl ten put him in the same set as your main and compare stats, then tell me if you feel alright with that

True! Skills do enhance your power... like, Wrecking Blow is clearly better than Uppercut... having all of your morphs and abilities is really nice but it doesn't make up for 5-10k in each stat and a healthy chunk of resists.
