Trebuchet - Can't see where I shoot

Last times I'm having issues when putting up trebuchets I don't see where I'm shooting. The green/red line isn't appearing.
Stow(X) and setup again, but it doesn't help.

What platform are you on?

This happens to me sometimes on PC, I don't need to stow it tho, simply exiting and using the treb again usually works.

This happens too often. Many times it helps when you simple exit treb and use it again.

Also too many times i have deployed treb and can't use it at all.

You're lucky.

Especially when i am in tight spot and should put up a defensive siege, it annoys a hell out of me, when i deploy siege and can't use it. Can't even stove it, so it just stands there and i can't place another siege anywhere near.
