Well, those numbers can be achieved by a stam sorc or NB but mostly a sorc with a combo like crit surge+rally.( in cyro the DMG is less compared to PvE and dungeon, so i bet he hits more like 25-30 k in PvE and dungeon )

That's a nice number, highest lately is around 15.8k, I often get 12k-13k. Mostly they are only 8k-9k.

Stamina DK heavy attack after rally and molten armanents : between 15-18k from stealth on v16's.

So no you don't need a NB to achieve these numbers.

Fun thing is my bosmer nbs stealth snipes buffed does less damage than my redguards (no 20% weapdmg increase in stealth) molten heavy attacks from sneak xD

I'm on average hit with about 10K snipes. That's not an issue though. Issue is if it's any way laggy they all seem to land on you at the same time.

Zos's reasoning confuses me, The range of snipe is insane surely the further you attack someone the safer you are and should therefore do less dmg.

They literally stuck a wb or frag into arrow form and let people spam it from 50m away xD

I got hit with a 15k, two light attacks dealing 2k, and then another Focused aim for 13k. all from the same NB in stealth.

i dont even have that much health lol

As much as I love sniping people I prefer to the 20k-30k heavy attack combo

Snipe is fine. However since you can gap close so easily in this game, trying to be a straight up archer is impossible. If gap closer's were 10 meter's maximum, you could kite your opponent and use magnum shot to create distance. However since this is so easily mitigated with gap closer's, there's no point running a bow this way.

This game really need's to limit the range of gap closer's, they might as well be ranged ability's.

I wanna see the use of sprinting and kiting in this game. The only class who can really do this effectively is Sorc's because they have something to keep people out (mine's).

It would be so fun as a magicka nightblade to kite your enemy and funnel their health away after you have hit them with cripple. Melee user's would have to use shuffle and sprint to get to there enemy.

This game is literally Gap Closer Online in my humble opinion.

The DK heavy attacks can go that high min/maxed, but I've seen no evidence with Snipe, it just doesn't have the multipliers necessary.

Bow attacks get a 50% multiplier when attacking from the rear cone from stealth. This has been pretty well documented and proven. That is how people are getting hit for 13-15k snipes. Please show us how to double that number.

You can crit for up to ~14k, without stealth involved. Throw in vamp damage, resource buff, the 50% buff from stealth, nb stealth bonus, kat/bosmer stealth bonus, etc etc etc

You're doing everything right except the 50% damage multiplier. As the gentlemen said above: "Bow attacks get a 50% multiplier when attacking from the rear cone from stealth." 18k x 1.5 = almost 30k This buff isn't exclusive to bows, it's just easier to do it with them as you don't have to be in close proximity. You can get the same thing from a WB.

edit: Target has to be a vamp, not you.

Oh you are including camo hunter by adding the snipe and the camo hunter together, then? That makes sense. You did not go to the trouble at any point to qualify that statement, saying specifically that you hit 30k with snipes.

In that case you'll find dual wield heavy attacks to be a bit nastier of an opener. Mine often hit double 8-10k on the camo hunters (16-20k from camo hunter), and 12-15k from the heavy attack itself. This is with no points in the heavy attack CPs, or thaumaturge, only mighty.
