Heavy attack animation bug

I just noticed this a couple of months ago hoping it would get fixed with an update but now it's starting to annoy me a bit. When holding down heavy attacks with dual wield I get a weird animation glitch with my character. I've cleared the saved data and reinstalled ESO and neither fixes it. Anyone else have this problem?
