Cross Alliance Guild for PVP begginers

Anyone interested in building a Guild with PVP newbies from different alliances so we can set up a Campaing a battle each other without being one shoted by the more experienced players. That way we can refine our builds so we can join up the grown ups campaings later.
Makes sense for anyone ?
