GUIDE for players who want a set crafted (or improved)

Hi!
When I tried to craft a set for another player I realised how much information a non-crafter is lacking (which set is better? Crafter items do not come automatically with enchants? Traits? Motif? WTF?). I made this Guide to help communication and clarify a few points for non crafter you would like to have a new shiny set for their character.
I am currently not very motivated to go through the manual bold/underline/italics, etc and also am trying to keep the Guide update on my Guild page...So I'll just post the link here (feel free to comment either here or on the Guild forum):
