FTC: displaying hit point numbers in HP bar without using custom frames

It used to work for me but after updating FTC I can't find the option. I don't use the custom frames but I do want the numbers back instead of blank HP bars. You can see them in this screenshot:

azurah, it allows you to additional reposition all of the base UI informations as well, thus does not feel so wasted
spelling and grammar errors are free to be abused
