Let me start by saying that PvP is one of my favorite aspects of eso, and since the very beginning I have enjoyed the level scaling. Until recently it has seemed very even, I was surprised how well the system worked at levels 10-50 making it easy to get into the PvP aspect. However, now my Templar healer is Veteran rank 7 and I have spent a lot of time gearing up to increase my healing ability, but when I enter cyrodiil my stats are actually nerfed. When out in the world I have 1450 spell damage (not bad for v7) and about 19k hp, when I enter cyrodiil my spell damage drops to 1380 and hp goes up to 29k. So now not only do enemies do more damage, and allies have more health, but my healing power is reduced making it much harder to keep other players alive. Now I'm no expert, but surely your intention was not to nerf the stats of a vr7 and make players of that level range essentially the weakest and most useless players in PvP right? The same is true for my VR2 Nightblade, who takes a small wep dmg nerf as well. I used to have no fear in PvP, and could stand toe to toe with vr10-14 players and now, I can barely stand to play in PvP.
Is this intentional or simply a mistake in the scaling system?
