I've bought crowns and eso plus at least a dozen times both on crown store and via psn. Never have the crowns or eso plus loaded either in game or by closing or re opening the game. I simply waited 2 minutes after my transaction and rebooted my ps4 and then restarted my game. The crowns and eso plus always registered then. You MUST restart your ps4. I hope this helps.
