Randomly losing voice chat.

Hello, I am having issues with voice chat. It can be fine for a few days then other times I lose voice chat two or three times in an evening.
Suddenly I can't hear any area, group or guild chat. When I look at the voice chat channels, I can see the join/leave timer counting down then immediately counting down again. I am unable to join or leave channels. If someone was speaking at the time, their name remains on the screen as though they are still speaking. The only fix is to restart my Xbox, which is very frustrating when we are half way through a dungeon! All other game audio remains fine, so I am pretty sure it is not an issue with my headset.
Any help would be appreciated.

Btw I have to restart the game not the Xbox.

Has happened to me all weekend. We were in Cyrodil last Friday with the guild and it happened to a few of us. When we rebooted, it put us back out of Cyrodil into Craglorn where we started and our Campaign queue was at 100 to get back in (which was gonna take an hour). Hence, we all finally gave up and logged off.

This has been an ongoing problem at times since the game launch. We have too many people in group to use xbox chat and it is my understanding that text chat support is not in the plans for the future on console.

It's not been happening super often, but I have noticed chat errors more frequently over this last weekend. Actually, connection errors in general.

This past weekend was particularly bad for laggy group/guild chat. Never had a problem before. May be something to keep an eye on.

Same problem here. Everyone else is talking it is very annoying not have in game chat...my mic is fine. Sound wont come through tv either with the headset unplugged

I am still having this issue, in fact over the past couple of weeks it's got worse. Anyone having the same issue or any solutions?

Group chat turns off when I use a way shrine.

Every time I experience a load screen, like going to a new map, it removes me from my group chat and defaults me to nothing. EVERY SINGLE TIME! It's so bad that my buddies and I switched to private party chats through the Xbox because it's happening to him too.

This happened in guild chat to a few guild mates last night. They would spontaneously lose ability to speak. They had to log out, restart their Xbox, and log back in to get a fix.
