Does anyon know if the dark elfs 7% spell damage bonus from flame attacks, from the flame talent passive count against the elemental expert hard cap from cp?
Average is only the top of the bottom

    You can still put 100 points into Elemental Expert and get 25% bonus to your elemental attacks in addition to your flame talent passive. It stacks multiplicatively.

    Thank you, i was wondering if anything past 18% in elemental expert was moot.
