VR16 crafted armour bug...ZOS needs to respond to this.

Crafted Hundings medium pants, and noticed the values for defense/stat buffs (stamina, weapon damage, etc) were all higher than the VR15, as they should be.
Gold temper.
When I put these on however, the stat buffs all REVERTED to VR15 values.
Thought I'd seen wrongly.
So a week goes by, I have enough to craft the body. Exactly the same experience. Higher values after crafting, & the buffs all DROP to VR 15 levels once I equip them. Armour value once again is the only value that stays higher.

Now I have spent many, many hours grinding, without groups or Pvp, to obtain the mats. I've only these two VR16 armour pieces so far and I've played 1200 hours on this one character.


So Zos, it's either:

1, a bug which needs to be addressed and reversed asap, or,
2, you've set the armour to not keep it's higher level buffs until a complete set is matched at VR16, without telling anyone, or...
3, it's purposeful on your part to not recognise the full value of VR16 armour, in which case you have willingly and knowingly stolen my time, and my crown store purchases, and my subs, which is fraud and deceitful.

So which is it?
What can I expect as the solution?
When can I expect this solution?


You make this ridiculously difficult grind to acquire the mats, only for there to be no benefit from the time and money spent.

I've made this a ticket to customer support also.

I've stated many times I absolutely adore this game.
But with the lag, load screen delays, and poor XBox controller functionality, this new issue with hard scrounged for armour is really annoying me.

Note there's no "I'm leaving if my issue isn't fixed, ZOS are a mob of ***" etc.

Hope you get your issue sorted, I crafted vr16 full Hundings gear a week or so ago, (got bored of shieldbreaker aka I win button), and noticed differences compared to vr14/vr15, cant remember the exact stats, but im sure its just a tooltip error.
